Anyone wishing to join us in 2008 should complete a Membership Application, Medical Form, Liability Waiver, and a Horse Medical Information Form. Send all forms along with a copy of an up-to-date Coggins test result for your horse, and a check for $40 to Leslie Gottesman, 40563 Featherbed Lane, Lovettsville, VA 20180. The check should be made out to Tri-State Riding Club. Membership goes into effect beginning January 1, 2008.
